Manufactured and Distributed by ASB Industries, Inc.

Since 1996, ASB Industries, Inc., has been a leading developer of the Cold Spray process and Cold Spray equipment. We've continue to improve equipment and software performance to create new designs, controls, and hardware for use in Cold Spray technology applications. ASB now works closely with the CGT-Cold Gas Technology GmbH to manufacture a number of high pressure Cold Spray systems.

KINETIKS® 2000-2 High Pressure Cold Spray System

ASB manufactures and distributes the newly engineered KINETIKS® 2000-2 High Pressure Cold Spray System, in conjunction with CGT. The small, flexible 2000-2 System can reach expansion gas temperatures of 300°C with pressure up to 300 psi. The handheld spray gun accommodates a wide range of CGT's high pressure Cold Spray components. This small, portable system is ideal for mobile applications including corrosion protection, repairs of cast parts, and small surface area repairs. And, the 2000-2 allows for easy system software and hardware updates.
